Solution: Provide interactive ELearning to help individuals with specific tasks learn the new software. In person training can be focused on higher level individuals who need a deeper understanding of the software capabilities. This module is for individuals running the front desk.

Solution: Training on how to run an effective meeting that is goal-oriented.
