Problem: All training is being done in person. Because all members of the organization, from the Director to the staff at the front desk, are a part of the in-person training, the time is not well used. Trainers don't have enough time to reach all clients and training session dates are backed up.
Solution: Provide interactive ELearning to help individuals with specific tasks learn the new software. In person training can be focused on higher level individuals who need a deeper understanding of the software capabilities. This module is for individuals running the front desk.
